Kanti is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Reiki Master Practitioner.

YOGA
Kanti offers 1 to 1 Yoga sessions tailored to suit the individuals needs. Her approach to the sessions is from a therapeutic view point, utilising all of the core Yoga principles in order to facilitate balance on all levels. Kanti knows from her experience how deeply healing and life changing Yoga can be. She qualified with The Inner Healing School of Yoga which is a member of The Independent Yoga Network.

SOUND THERAPY
Kanti completed her Sound Healer training with the College of Sound Healing, a member of the Complementary Medical Association and continues to study sound as part of her own ongoing development and is in the process of qualifying as a Tutor for the College.

Kanti offers Sound Therapy sessions which are a powerful opportunity to move into the silence where deep healing can take place. The journey into the silence is assisted by toning with the voice, tuning forks, drum, rattle, Native American flute and Gong. A session may include one, some or all of the above depending on the individuals needs.

Kanti also runs Sound Workshops to explore within a group the powerful energy created through the use of the voice – and you don’t have to be a ‘good singer’ in order to participate!

REIKI
Kanti has worked with Reiki energy for over eight years and has found it personally to be a profound tool for self healing, self development and self empowerment. Reiki sessions are available
