A Stillness Re-Treat at Tofte Manor is where you will find the space and time you need to be still, take stock and let your soul catch up with you.

The essence of the Stillness Re-Treat is simple - it is what you want it to be. By this we mean that Tofte Manor facilitates your retreat for as short or as long a time as you desire. It may be a day, it may be a week or more.

We encourage no mobile phones, no laptops, no TV (even no speaking if you so wish)... no external stimuli or intrusion. Just the opportunity to be by yourself and with yourself. Yoga exercise and meditations are offered on a daily basis if you require. We outline some of the elements that you may choose to explore, there is a deliberate lack of prescribed activity and structure to ensure you feel free to do just as you wish.

Cost

The price of a Stillness Re-Treat is dependent on which bedroom you choose, whether you are catered for or you choose self catering. Therapies, guidance and one to one sessions are priced as requested. See our Therapies and Accommodation pages for a guide to prices.
