These teachings start with understanding the significance and importance of FORM or SHAPE and how this dictates our limitations and strengths. Nature is an important tool in the teaching of this part of the work.

We look at the energetic fields within the body and the differences in the male and female energy fields that arise out of the differences in our physical forms and how this affects the basic nature of men and women. We look at the negative aspects of our basic natures when out of balance. This leads to a better understanding of the differences between men and women and helps you to see the beauty, the magic and the need for the differences. Part of this work is to acknowledge the male and female qualities you hold within yourself and how by being aware of these different qualities you can aim to keep them in balance and use them when appropriate.

This body of the work aims to show you the gifts you have as a man and what power you hold in your maleness. It looks at the assumption that men can only have access to the Divine through women and connects you to your source of the Divine as an element of electricity, Light. This is done through male dance, meditation, exercises, drumming and the Jade Arrows practise, which teaches ancient practical knowledge of the art of male sexuality, health and orgasm. It teaches the appreciation of the mans essential part as the igniting spark in the creation of life.


We take a look at the negative aspects of the male energy when it is out of balance. The aim of this part of the work is to teach you to honour yourself, know your boundaries, strengths and limitations and show you how you can connect to the amazing powerful, electric ‘Divine Male’ within you.

This part of the work also aims to help you to honour and appreciate the value of Female energy, thereby opening your eyes to beauty of the differences and giving you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your partner and your relationship.

At the end of this programme we touch on the background to the next level of work which is Sacred Sexuality, its uses and meaning.
