These teachings start with understanding the significance and importance of FORM or SHAPE and how this dictates our limitations and strengths. Nature is an important tool in the teaching of this part of the work.

We look at the energetic fields within the body and the differences in the male and female energy fields that arise out of the differences in our physical forms, how this affects the basic nature of men and women. We take a look at the negative aspects of our basic natures when out of balance. This leads to a better understanding of the differences between men and women and helps you to see the beauty, the magic and the need for the differences. Part of this work is to acknowledge the male and female qualities you hold within yourself and how by being aware of these different qualities you can aim to keep them in balance and use them when appropriate.

The teachings for women concentrate on helping each woman to truly ‘open up’ and ‘surrender’ to the Divine aspect of what it is to be a woman. This is done through dance, meditation, sound, exercise and ‘Jade Egg’ practise. The Jade Egg practise teaches ancient and practical knowledge of female sexuality, health and orgasm and an appreciation of what power you hold as a creative magnetic sexual being.


The aim of this part of the teaching is to teach you to honour yourself, know your boundaries, strengths and limitation, and to enable you to connect to your amazing, powerful, magnetic ‘Divine Feminine’ energy. It also aims to help you to honour and appreciate the value of Male energy, thereby opening your eyes to beauty of the differences and giving you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your partner and your relationship.
